| รายละเอียดงาน | ความรับผิดชอบ Support Electric Department ( EL Component) - Plan and control productivity target of Linear Motor , Electric Transformer , PCB - Summary monthly report. - Monitor and follow up Production plan , Short part , Order part , Plan pack Transformer. - Support data for Planning Dept. - Attend in Quality & Productivity improvement. (PDCA) , 5M Change management. Kaizen, Gemba, Muda - Motivate and develop a relative production team. - Ensure line balancing & optimal machine utilization. - Summary Monthly report , Expense& Inventory control. - Initiate , recommend , investigate , trouble-shoot , provide solutions , and action to prevent the occurrence. - Verify the implementation of solutions and action taken. - Supervise the Supervisors , Engineer including all Workers in section. - Conduct in-Section training for production staff. - Adhere to meet company target. (quality , cost , delivery.) - Provide equate resources for performance of work. - Follow the Quality policy , Environment policy , Safety policy including 6S improvement. - Other jobs assign by Division Manager. คุณสมบัติ - Thai nationality , Male / Female , age 40 - 48 years old - Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering , Electronics Engineering , Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields. - Good command of English and plus computer skills. - Having knowledge of EDM , Wire Cut , Injection machine will be advantage. - A minimum of 10 years experience in production management is preferred. - Work experience in Factory Japanese company before is preferable. - Able to work under pressure. - Work alternate Saturdays. (ทำงานวันเสาร์เว้นเสาร์) - Analytical and management skill of Engineer or related function. - Knowledge of quality system, ISO 14001, ISO 9001. - Able to start working will be an advantage - Performing Systems Auditor. |

| รายละเอียดงาน | ความรับผิดชอบ • ออกแบบ (โดยโปรแกรม Solid work) • พัฒนาและปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท • จัดการทุกด้านอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่รวมถึงสินค้าที่ส่งมอบทั้งหมดเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามที่บริษัทกำหนด • ดำเนินการหรือจัดการกิจกรรมหรือการทำงานด้านวิศวกรรมทั้งหมดเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าทั้งคุณภาพและกำหนดการจะคงอยู่ • วิเคราะห์รายการวัสดุ (BOM) และข้อกำหนดของกระบวนการ นำเสนอโซลูชั่นที่ช่วยขจัดความเสี่ยงหรือผลกระทบตามกำหนดการ • ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับฝ่ายวิศวกรรม วิศวกรออกแบบ และแผนกข้ามสายงานภายในทั้งหมด • เค้าร่างขั้นตอนกระบวนการและรูปแบบการผลิต • ปฏิบัติงานอื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย คุณสมบัติ • สัญชาติไทย , ชาย / หญิง , อายุ 22 - 25 ปี. • วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เครื่องกล วิศวกรรมเมคคาทอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง • สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี มีทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยเฉพาะโปรแกรม Solid work , CNC , Injection Machine จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • ความรู้เกี่ยวกับงาน Solid, Auto CAD / CAM, CATIA • เชื่อถือได้ ซื่อสัตย์ ซื่อสัตย์และเป็นอิสระ • ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ • มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นมาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • สามารถเริ่มทำงานได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • ทำงานวันเสาร์สลับกัน (วันเสาร์ทำงานเสาร์) • สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและเรียนรู้ได้เร็ว มีพลัง มีแรงจูงใจในตนเอง และเต็มใจที่จะทำงานเป็นทีม |
